You don't need vandals when you have a rushed $14 million renovation, a bad coating job, a healthy dose of algae, and someone absolutely determined to blame anybody but himself. Meanwhile, nature did what nature does: took one look at the newly “improved” pool and turned it into a federally funded duck pond. Apparently even the Reflecting Pool can get MAGA’d.
